Potato Bites on the BBQ
Delicious video below on cooking bite size potatoes for finger food. What I liked about this recipe is that you could make the bite size for parties and make the potatoes bigger for a dinner item.Â

Here are the ingredients for this video above
- 10 baby potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup bacon
- 1/4 cup chili
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- salt and pepper to season
- oil
So I took this video above as a learning experience and decided to cook for my family of four while I was at the cottage using the BBQ as the main cooking appliance.
Menu going to be steak, corn on the cob and a modified version of the potato recipe above which all can be done on the BBQ.
Corn is not in season right now so as soon as we can get some we will let you know how our meal went.
